We use UPS or EMS most of the time
Shipping time is not under our control, you can always contact the shipping company for more information on your package
The package usually takes around 5 days for clearance at the customs
We do not make profit from the shipping cost we charge you

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have to pay for all fees for any kind of return and second shipment.
Refunds can be made within two days of placing the order.
If there are quality problems, the full amount can be refunded.
After the start of production, there will be no refund for reasons other than quality problems.
No refund will be given for loss or damage during transportation.
